who we are
With over 50 years of playing and reading Warhammer 40K John and Brad have discovered 2 things. First, that they really do love the 40K setting in all its grim-dark and also ridiculousness. Second, even with all those years they don’t know that much. Every cast give us a chance to research and learn more about the ever expansive 40K universe and we could not enjoy the ride more.
Brad Chester
Co-Host, knowledge expert (yes he is) and player of vastly too much Warhammer 40k.
Brad has been one of the top ranked 40K players for the last 20 years. However, his driving force to play the game has never been about the “competitive” aspects. Rather he loves the game and plays it because of that. He has always been obsessed with the lore of 40K. You don’t play a game for close to three decades unless you love the core of it.

Co- host and technical lead (not a good one, but the only one we have)
A lifelong lover all things Role Playing and strategy John fell easily into the rabbit hole of Warhammer 40K. 11 Armies (and growing) later John enjoys the game even more than when he started.
The History of 40K is a bi-weekly (every fortnight) show on the history of the game of Warhammer 40K. The show will focus both on the tabletop game as well as video games, movies, and more. With guests for every show to share their knowledge and experience with the games at those times. Join us for a fun an informative dive into the history of our great game.
